The rights of patients are the reflection of human rights in the health service, and our rights are guaranteed by international and national legislation.
Our Patient Communication Unit serves in the administrative floor of our hospital in order to prevent patient rights violations that may occur in our hospital and the problems that are related to them, to present the health services in accordance with the patient satisfaction and in the manner of human dignity and to improve the quality of health services.
